Step 1: Find your Yotpo keys
In Yotpo, locate your App Key and Secret Key.
Step 2: Connect Yotpo in Smile Admin
Install the Yotpo integration, enter your App Key in the API Key field and your Secret Key in the API Secret field, then click Connect to Yotpo.
Step 3: Add the Yotpo way to earn
In Points, click Add ways to earn, choose Product review: Yotpo under Smile Apps, set the points and click Create.

Yes. The Yotpo Reviews integration is built and supported by Smile. When connected to Smile, you can reward customers with loyalty points for writing verified product reviews.
With it, you can reward customers for writing product reviews, restrict points to verified buyers only and set earning limits to control how often customers can earn.
Product reviews for your store, from verified buyers. Customers are invited to review in an email after their purchase, and a review left outside that email’s form can’t be classified as a verified buyer’s, so it earns no points. Yotpo website reviews don’t earn points.
No. The integration can’t have different earning rules for different review types, such as photo or video reviews: one Yotpo way to earn covers them all.
No. Only reviews submitted after the integration is connected earn points. Earlier reviews are not synced.
In Yotpo, find your App Key and Secret Key. Then, in Smile Admin, install the Yotpo integration, enter the App Key in the API Key field and the Secret Key in the API Secret field, and click Connect to Yotpo.
