Loox is a Shopify reviews app focused on photo and video reviews. When connected to Smile, you can reward customers with loyalty points for reviews, photos and videos, with a separate value for each.

Step 1: Install Loox in Smile Admin
Open Integrations, find Loox and install it.
Step 2: Activate Smile.io in Loox
In Loox, open Settings, then Integrations, click Manage beside Smile.io and click Activate integration.
Step 3: Add the ways to earn
In Smile, open Points, click Add ways to earn and set the points for each Loox action you want to reward.

Yes. The Loox integration is built and supported by Loox. When connected to Smile, you can reward customers with loyalty points for writing reviews and submitting photos or videos, with separate point values for each action.
With it, you can reward customers for writing product reviews and submitting photo or video reviews, set different point values for written reviews and photo/video submissions and stack points when customers both write a review and attach a photo or video.
They can. Submit a review and Submit a photo each earn their own points, and with both rewarded a photo or video review earns both: 300 points for a review and 300 for a photo or video make 600, for example.
Loox offers the Smile integration on its Convert plan and up.
In Loox’s Settings, under Integrations: click Manage beside Smile.io, then Activate integration.
