Customers get their points once you approve their review.
Step 1: Connect Fera in Smile Admin
Open Integrations, find Fera, click Connect, then Authorize. Smile takes you to Fera, which shows the two apps connected.
Step 2: Add the ways to earn
In Smile, open Points, click Add ways to earn and choose from the preset options for Fera, with the points for each. You can limit how many times a customer earns them.
Step 3: Match the points in Fera
In Fera, open Configuration, then Incentives, and enter the same points for photo, video and text reviews.
Step 4: Request reviews
In Fera, open Configuration, then Automatic Requests, and create a campaign. Leave its incentive at No Incentive: Smile gives customers their points once you approve their review.

Yes. The Fera integration is built and supported by Fera. When connected to Smile, you can reward customers with loyalty points for submitting reviews, with separate point values for text, photo, and video review types.
With it, you can reward customers for writing product reviews, photo reviews, and video reviews, set different point values for each review type and automatically award points when reviews are approved.
Once you approve their review. Smile gives the points automatically, so Fera’s review request campaigns need no incentive of their own: leave them at No Incentive.
