Judge.me now rewards reviews through Smile only.
Step 1: Connect Judge.me in Smile Admin
Open Integrations, find Judge.me and click Connect.
Step 2: Connect Smile in Judge.me
In Judge.me, open Settings, then Integrations, then Smile.io, and click Connect.
Step 3: Turn on flexible review rewards
In the same Judge.me settings, enable Flexible review rewards, so text, photo and video reviews reach Smile as separate activities.
Step 4: Add the ways to earn
In Smile, open Points, click Add ways to earn and set the points for each Judge.me activity you want to reward.

With it, you can reward customers for writing product reviews through Judge.me, automatically sync review data with your loyalty program, display loyalty points earned on review submission confirmations and offer tiered rewards for text, photo, and video reviews.
Yes. With Flexible review rewards on, Judge.me sends Smile three activities, Write a Product Review, Leave a Photo Review and Leave a Video Review, and each gets its own points in Smile: for example 50 for a text review, 100 for a photo review and 150 for a video review.
Yes. Judge.me offers the Smile integration on its Awesome plan.
Judge.me turns them off while Smile is your reward integration, so reviews earn Smile points instead. Its review request email hides the coupon block, so mention the points in the email yourself.
In Smile Admin’s Activity log. Judge.me’s review details track only its own coupons, so they say the review didn’t qualify for a coupon even when Smile awarded the points.
