Step 1: Create a list in Sendlane
Sendlane syncs your program's customers into a list, so create one first.
Step 2: Add the Smile.io integration
In Sendlane, open your account's Integrations, choose Smile.io, click Configure, then New Smile.io Integration, name it and continue.
Step 3: Authorize in Smile
Sendlane sends you to Smile: click Authorize to finish the connection.

Yes. The Sendlane integration is built and supported by Sendlane. When connected to Smile, you can sync loyalty data into Sendlane contacts and use it to segment audiences and trigger personalized campaigns.
With it, you can sync points balance, VIP tier, and referral URL to Sendlane contacts, segment audiences by points balance or VIP tier and trigger email and SMS automations based on loyalty events.
Create a list in Sendlane first. Then open your account’s Integrations, choose Smile.io, click Configure, then New Smile.io Integration, name it and continue, and click Authorize when Sendlane sends you to Smile.
