Omnisend
Loyalty data syncs to Omnisend in real time.
Step 1: Install Omnisend in Smile Admin
Open Integrations, choose Omnisend and click Connect. You can also start from Omnisend's Apps page.
Step 2: Sign in and authorize
Sign in to Omnisend when asked and click Connect now, then click Authorize in Smile. Omnisend confirms the connection.
Step 3: Import your existing members
New loyalty activity syncs in real time. To add existing members, export them from Smile and import them into Omnisend, leaving unsubscribed contacts as they are.

Smile and Omnisend, answered.
Yes. The Omnisend integration is built and supported by Omnisend. When connected to Smile, you can sync loyalty data into Omnisend contact properties and use it to segment audiences and trigger personalized campaigns across channels.
With it, you can sync points balance, VIP tier, and referral URL to Omnisend contacts, segment audiences by points balance or VIP tier and trigger automated email, SMS, and push campaigns based on loyalty data.
Five Smile properties on every contact: smile_points_balance, smile_referral_url, smile_customer_states (member, candidate or disabled), smile_tier_name and smile_tier_id. Smile also fills in Omnisend’s default Birthdate property.
From either side. In Smile Admin, open Integrations, choose Omnisend and click Connect, or in Omnisend, open Apps and connect Smile. Sign in when asked, then click Authorize in Smile.
Smile syncs new loyalty activity in real time. To bring in existing members, export them from Smile and import them into Omnisend, keeping unsubscribed contacts unchanged.
No. A contact Smile creates in Omnisend starts as non-subscribed, and a contact who has already subscribed or unsubscribed keeps that status.
Yes. Smile passes each customer’s birthday to Omnisend’s Birthdate property. Smile collects the month and day only, so Omnisend adds a placeholder year: birthday automations work, age-based segments do not.
