Digioh posts each completed form to Smile's API.
Step 1: Create a custom activity type
In Smile Admin, open Settings, then Developer tools, and create an activity type for your Digioh experience. Copy its token.
Step 2: Add a way to earn
In Points, click Add ways to earn, choose the activity type and set the points it earns.
Step 3: Create a Smile API key
In Developer tools, generate an API key named Digioh with one access scope: create and manage customer activities.
Step 4: Post the form to Smile
In Digioh, add an API Form Post integration for your form, with the API key and the activity token in its settings.

Yes. When connected to Smile, you can reward customers with loyalty points for completing Digioh experiences, all without any custom development required.
With it, you can reward customers for completing product recommendation quizzes, award points for filling out surveys, incentivize pop-up form submissions with loyalty points and use Smile custom activity types (without any custom development required).
No. You set it up in Smile Admin and in Digioh’s integration settings: an activity type, a way to earn, an API key and a Digioh API Form Post.
Usually within a few seconds of the form submission. Smile checks each activity against your program before it issues points, which can take slightly longer at busy times.
No. Digioh sends each submission’s ID with the activity, so a resubmitted form isn’t counted twice.
Yes. The activity type can carry a call to action that links to your Digioh experience from every Smile surface, such as the rewards panel and Loyalty Hub. The link alone doesn’t award points: completing the form does.
Smile Plus and Smile Enterprise. Digioh posts each completed form to Smile’s API, and API access starts on Smile Plus.
