The loyalty section in Stay AI's portal reads your program through the SDK.
Step 1: Enable the JavaScript SDK
In Smile Admin, open Settings, then Developer tools, and click Enable on the JavaScript SDK card.
Step 2: Add the loyalty section in Stay AI
In Stay AI, open Legacy Portal, then Design, and paste Smile's sample CSS, HTML and JavaScript into their sections.
Step 3: Save and check the portal
Click Submit, then log in to your store and open the Stay AI customer portal to see the loyalty section.

Yes. When connected to Smile, you can display loyalty information in the Stay AI customer portal alongside a customer’s subscription details and status, providing one unified customer experience.
With it, you can display a customer’s points balance, referral URL, and VIP tier in the Stay AI customer portal, allow customers to redeem points for discounts on their subscriptions and surface ways to earn and redeem points, directly in the Stay AI customer portal.

You add it yourself. Smile’s setup guide has sample CSS, HTML and JavaScript to paste into Stay AI’s portal design. The code is a starting point you can adapt, and keeping it up to date over time is yours to manage.
Yes. It inherits the Stay AI portal’s colors, fonts and button styles, and adjusts to the screen size.
