Makappi
Step 1: Turn on Smile in Makappi
In your Makappi dashboard, open Settings, then Integrations, select Smile and enable the integration.
Step 2: Connect with Smile
Click Connect with Smile. In the Smile tab that opens, sign in if needed and authorize Makappi to access your account.
Step 3: Save and publish
Back in the Makappi dashboard, the integration shows a Connected badge. Save and publish the change to finish.

Yes. The Makappi integration is built and supported by Makappi. When connected to Smile, customers can see their points balance and redeem rewards inside your branded mobile app.
With it, you can display customer points balances in the app, show available rewards from your loyalty program and let customers redeem points for discount codes.
The customer must be signed in to their store account in the app and already be a Smile member on your store. Smile creates members when customers sign up or place an order.
Check that your ways to redeem are set up and active in Smile Admin. The app lists the rewards you configure in Smile.
No. Makappi connects with its Connect with Smile button: you sign in to Smile and authorize Makappi.
In Makappi’s Smile integration settings, click Disconnect, then Connect with Smile to reconnect your account. If the problem persists, contact Makappi support.
