Yes. The Loop Returns integration is built and supported by Loop Returns. When connected to Smile, you can sync your loyalty audience into Loop and offer different return experiences based on a customer’s points balance and VIP tier.
With it, you can sync your loyalty audience into Loop lists, offer personalized return experiences based on VIP tier or loyalty status and use loyalty data as conditions in return workflows.
Loop’s guide suggests more bonus store credit for a VIP tier, longer return windows or waived return fees for members, free return shipping for your loyalty audience, Instant Exchanges or Shop Now for members and candidates only, and different incentives for candidates who haven’t yet qualified as members.
Four fields on every list item: points_balance, vip_tier_name, vip_tier_expires_at and state (member or candidate, for example). Customers are matched by email address, so anyone without an email in Smile stays off the list.
One of three audiences: All Loyalty Members, All Loyalty Members & Candidates (members plus customers who have signed up but not yet qualified), or a single VIP tier. Loop suggests one list per VIP tier, so each tier can have its own return policy.
Automatically, in the background. A change in Smile, such as a customer’s new VIP tier, reaches the list at the next sync, so there can be a short lag. If you remove the VIP tier a list is based on, that list stops updating.
No. Loop reads your loyalty audience through OAuth and never creates, changes or deletes Smile records, and the sync doesn’t affect your Smile billing.
Every paid plan. The number of integrations you can connect depends on your plan.
