What you can do. With Smile and Lifetimely.
Members vs non-members
Average order value
Orders per customer, 12 months
- Buyers worth recruiting
- Rank one-time buyers by how closely they resemble your profitable repeat customers, to choose who to bring into your program.
- VIPs going quiet
- See VIP members going quiet, ranked by profit at risk, and which ones likely need an offer to come back.
- Margin check on offers
- Ask whether an offer like double points is worth the margin it would give away before you run it.
- Clean disconnect
- Disconnecting stops the sync and removes your Smile data from Lifetimely, and reconnecting starts a fresh import.
Connected in three steps. One click, read-only.
Smile / Integrations
Lifetimely
Lifetimely reads your program and never changes it.
Step 1: Open Smile.io in Lifetimely
In Lifetimely, open Integrations and select Smile.io.
Step 2: Connect and authorize
Click Connect Smile, log in to Smile if asked, then click Authorize. Smile's screen shows exactly what Lifetimely can read.
Step 3: Let the first import run
Your loyalty data starts importing right away and takes from a few minutes to a few hours. Lifetimely then checks for changes every 2 hours.
Smile and Lifetimely, answered.
Yes. The Lifetimely integration is built and supported by Lifetimely. When connected to Smile, you can compare loyalty members against non-members and measure how reward redemptions affect your profit.
With it, you can sync Smile loyalty members and reward redemptions into Lifetimely, compare LTV and repeat purchase rate of Smile members vs non-members, measure the profit impact of Smile reward redemptions, ask Lifetimely’s Profit Agent questions about your Smile loyalty program and find which one-time buyers are worth pushing into your Smile program.
Four things, as Smile’s authorization screen shows: VIP tiers, points transactions, customer information and reward fulfillments. Lifetimely only reads them: it can’t create customers or change anything in your program.
In the Repurchase Rate report, by loyalty tier against a non-member baseline; in the Cohorts report, with LTV and retention for members and non-members and by VIP tier; and in the Profit Agent, which answers questions that combine your loyalty data with profit, orders and customers.
Whether members earn you more profit than similar non-members, what you spend on reward redemptions and what you get back, how repeat purchase rates compare across VIP tiers, which one-time buyers are worth bringing into your program, and which quiet VIP members are worth a win-back offer.
The first import takes from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on your program’s size. After that, Lifetimely checks Smile for new and updated members and redemptions every 2 hours, with a full refresh every week that also catches VIP tier changes.
Every paid plan. The number of integrations you can connect depends on your plan.
